Returning your Vira

At Vira, returns almost never happen because most people fall in love with their bike right away.

If your experience is not what you expected, there is no need to worry. We are here for every single customer. We are not only happy when we sell a bike, but when everyone who connects with us has a positive experience. That is what defines Vira.
You can return your Vira within 14 days after delivery.

Register your return

If you want to return your Vira, please contact our support team first.

You can email us directly, as we handle all return requests only by email to keep communication clear and efficient. After we receive your message, we will confirm your request and send you the return instructions.

Prepare your Vira for return

Please keep all packaging materials and the pallet (if your bike was delivered on one) during your 14 day return period.

This makes returning your Vira easier and safer for transport. Before pickup, make sure your bike is clean and ready for collection.

Pickup appointment

Once you confirm that your Vira is ready for return, we will arrange the pickup with one of our trusted partners.

After scheduling, you will receive an update either from the transport partner or from us directly if we handle it ourselves. Pickup usually happens within three to seven working days after confirmation.

Inspection and refund

When your Vira arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked carefully. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund and confirm it by email.

Exchange or other solutions

If you would like to exchange your Vira for another color, model or configuration, that is absolutely possible. If your reason for returning is something we can solve remotely, we are happy to help and we always find a fair solution together.

  • Return period: 14 days from the day of delivery
  • Your Vira must not have been ridden more than five kilometers
  • The bike must be in original condition and not dirty
  • Accessories must be in their original packaging
  • Always contact us before sending your Vira back
