Preparation and quality control
At Vira, we almost always have ready-to-ride stock available. Every bike in stock has already passed an initial quality control.
Before delivery, your Vira goes through a final inspection and is completed according to your personal configuration.
When delivered, your bike is 100% ride-ready, perfectly adjusted, and does not require any setup or tuning.

Shipping and scheduling
Because your Vira is transported as a large item, an exact delivery day can only be confirmed once your order has left our warehouse and has been scheduled by our trusted transport partner. In some regions near our own distribution center, there’s even a chance that the Vira delivery truck will arrive at your door. We work exclusively with reliable large transport partners who handle your delivery with the greatest care. Delivery times depend on your chosen model, the configurator on our website always shows the most accurate estimate. Across Europe, we aim for a maximum delivery time of 10 days, though it can be shorter or slightly longer depending on location and model availability.

Delivery day
Once your Vira has been scheduled, you will receive a delivery day notification. Please make sure someone is at home to receive it, your Vira is a large item, and delivery to neighbors is usually not possible. You can track and manage your delivery details using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Unboxing and ready to ride
If your Vira arrives on a pallet, you can easily unpack it yourself, the process is simple and requires no tools or setup. Your bike is ready to ride immediately.

Yes, the width of the Vira cargo bike at its widest point is less than 90 cm and therefore fits through most universal doors, such as those of your shed.
Are the Vira cargo bikes also suitable for dogs?
Yes! We can customise the cargo bikes so that your dog can get in easily through a door in the cargo box. This makes the Vira cargo bike ideal for pets.
